Is the address in the Almighty's saying: (And be patient for the decision of your Lord, for indeed, you are in Our eyes) specific to the Messenger, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, or does it include his Ummah as well?

The Qur'anic discourse is of three types: a general discourse for the Ummah, a discourse for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, intended for the Ummah, and a discourse specific to him, peace and blessings be upon him. The verse: ﴿وَاصْبِرْ لِحُكْمِ رَبِّكَ فَإِنَّكَ بِأَعْيُنِنَا﴾ [At-Tur: 48] is a discourse addressed to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, commanding him to be patient with Allah's religious and predetermined decree, and giving him glad tidings of Allah's protection and care for him. A believer should emulate the Messenger in patience to attain reward and assistance.
