What must a woman do who prayed some of the prescribed prayers in ritually impure clothes because she was unaware of the emission of the yellowish discharge that precedes menstruation, and what is the ruling on her action?

Yellowish and brownish discharges during the period of menstruation are considered menses. Some scholars, however, are of the view that they are not considered menses unless they are connected to blood. If there is doubt about the time of seeing the yellowish discharge, it should be added to the nearest probable time. If the yellowish discharge is considered menses (by seeing it during the period of menstruation), one should refrain from fasting, praying, and all other things that a menstruating woman refrains from. If it is not considered menses, then one must clean oneself from it and perform ablution for prayer. There is no need to make up prayers that were performed while there was doubt about the presence of yellowish discharge, because the default assumption is its absence.
