Is it obligatory to repeat my Maghrib and Isha prayers after I found traces of wady (a white, thick fluid discharged after urination) in the toilet, and I thought it was not from me, then I found it again and had doubts about it? And is it obligatory to repeat istinja’ (washing the private parts with water after urinating or defecating) if I find traces of wady after relieving myself?
As long as you are doubtful about something having exited, base your actions on the original state, which is that nothing exited until you achieve certain conviction otherwise. Consequently, you are not required to perform istinja' (ablution after defecation or urination) nor to repeat prayers as long as you are not certain that something exited.
