Is God described as wishing, by analogy with what is reported concerning Him regarding laughter, forgetfulness, mockery, and wonder?

Allah Almighty is only described by what He has described Himself with, or what His Messenger has described Him with. There is no evidence to prove that Allah Almighty is described as "wishing" or "hoping." If the intention behind "wishing" is His Almighty will for ease, goodness, and guidance for His servants, then this is true. However, it should not be expressed with the word "yatamanā" (wishes/hopes) because it has not been transmitted [in the religious texts].
