What is the jurisprudential ruling on working for a company that relies on multi-level marketing, where profits are achieved through selling products and recruiting new members, and are the commissions paid by the company on my sales and my team's sales permissible?

"Multi-level marketing, with the conditions mentioned, is not permissible because it is based on deception (gharar), gambling (qimar), and unjustly devouring people's wealth. The prohibition intensifies if the member pays a financial subscription. The different names of companies do not affect the ruling as long as they agree in meaning and the presence of Sharia prohibitions."
