What are the reasons for Allah's help to me? And how can I be strong in heart and body?

May Allah aid him in His obedience and in acting upon His Sharia, for Allah Almighty says: "Indeed, Allah is with those who fear Him and those who are doers of good." Allah's aid to His servant is commensurate with his obedience, reliance on Him, and seeking His help, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Observe Allah, and He will observe you," and "If you seek help, seek help from Allah." So, whoever seeks help from Allah and relies on Him, He will suffice him and aid him. And His aid diminishes in proportion to the decrease in one's reliance. Reliance on Allah grants strength to the heart and body, as Ibn al-Qayyim said: "For all strength lies in relying on Allah." And for a good deed, there is brightness in the face, light in the heart, ample provision, strength in the body, and love in the hearts of creation. As for a bad deed, there is darkness in the face, weakness in the body, diminished provision, and hatred in the hearts of creation. Helping people and fulfilling their needs are among the reasons for attaining Allah's aid, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "And Allah is in the aid of His servant as long as the servant is in the aid of his brother." Likewise, physical exercises are among the tangible means for bodily strength.
