Is the phrase "You returned her to me" considered an escape for the husband from the occurrence of a new divorce, in case he doubted his intention in saying "I returned her" regarding a previous divorce, and keeping in mind that there is no return for the wife after two divorces?

Divorce does not occur with doubt, because the original state is the continuation of the marriage. And returning to one's wife out of fear of a previous divorce does not cause a divorce to occur. All these are [evil] whisperings that have no consequence, and turning away from them is the best remedy.
