Will a Muslim be rewarded for his patience during the trial of the Antichrist (Dajjal), similar to the Muslims who remain in Mecca and Medina or those who fight him under the leadership of Jesus (peace be upon him), by analogy with the reward for patience during other trials?
The trial of the Dajjal (Antichrist) is among the most severe trials in this world. Prophets have warned their nations against it, for since the creation of Adam until the Hour, there has been no matter greater than the Dajjal. As long as a Muslim perseveres and denounces this trial with their heart, tongue, or action, they will be rewarded for it, in fulfillment of Allah's saying: (Indeed, as for those who believed and performed righteous deeds—We will surely not allow to be lost the reward of any who did well in deeds) Al-Kahf/30. There is no specific reward for those who survive it, but their salvation from that great trial is sufficient as a virtue and honor.
