What is the ruling on saying "Subhan al-Ilm (Glorified be Knowledge)" or "Subhan al-Aqdar (Glorified be Destinies)" to convey information or express astonishment, not for worship?

Tasbih is the glorification of Allah, declaring Him free from all imperfections and affirming all praise for Him. It is exclusively for Allah the Almighty alone, as neither the Quran nor the Sunnah mentions attributing tasbih to anyone else. Scholars have interpreted the word "Subhan" as a name by which Allah is glorified and declared free from all evil. It is a word that Allah has chosen for Himself and commanded His angels to use.

Accordingly, it is not permissible to use tasbih for anyone other than Allah, such as saying "Subhan al-ilm" (glory be to knowledge) or "Subhan al-aqdar" (glory be to destinies). Rather, one should say "Subhan Allah" (glory be to Allah) when expressing admiration or astonishment at something Allah has decreed.
