Is it permissible to say "Subhan Allah" (Tasbih) for other than Allah, such as repeating a name in glorification (Tasbih) as stated in the poetry: "But I can still give you things that will keep you alive, repeating your name throughout the horizons in glorification (Tasbih)"?

Tasbeeh is the act of exalting Allah above all imperfections and removing any attributes of deficiency from Him. It is exclusively for Allah the Almighty and is not permissible to attribute to anyone else. This is evident in His saying (Exalted be He): "Indeed, We have sent you as a witness and a bringer of good tidings and a warner, That you [people] may believe in Allah and His Messenger and honor him and respect him and exalt Him [Allah] morning and afternoon." So, tasbeeh is for Allah alone, and whoever performs tasbeeh for other than Him has committed a great error and must repent to Allah.
