To what extent is the book "Al-Aalim wal-Muta'allim" reliably attributed to Abu Hanifa?

The book Al-Alim wal-Muta'allim (The Scholar and the Learner) is attributed to Abu Hanifa, and several chains of transmission (isnads) for it have been mentioned. Most of these revolve around Abu Muqatil Hafs ibn Salam al-Samarqandi, who is accused of fabrication and lying. Many researchers have stated that attributing the book to Abu Hanifa is incorrect, due to the presence of texts within it that contradict what has been narrated from him, especially regarding the condemnation of scholastic theology (ilm al-kalam).
