Is it valid to consider women's prayer a congregational prayer if they pray on the upper floor of the mosque and do not see the imam, but only hear his voice through loudspeakers? And is it permissible to use a video camera to enable them to follow the imam?

If the permissibility of women's prayer areas and the ruling on a worshipper being elevated above their Imam are established, then the فضيلة (virtue) of congregational prayer is also affirmed for them. As for using a projector in prayer areas, it is not appropriate because it can be dispensed with by using loudspeakers, and it distracts the worshipper from humility (khushu') in prayer. This is based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) statement to Aisha: "Remove this patterned curtain from us, for its images keep appearing to me in my prayer."
