Is it permissible for women to lead other women in prayer in a mosque with two separate floors, if loudspeakers are not available to enable them to hear the voice of the Imam?

A woman leading other women in prayer is permissible if she is the most pious, the best reciter, and the most mindful of Allah's limits. However, women gathering to establish congregational prayer in a private space designated for them is not permissible and is not from the guidance of the righteous predecessors.
