What is the share of each heir from the deceased's estate, amounting to 730,0 Qatari Riyals, if his wife is alive and he has two sons and four daughters?

If the deceased has no heirs other than those mentioned in the question, then after the payment of his debts and bequests, his estate is divided as follows: The wife receives one-eighth due to the existence of a lineal descendant, as Allah Almighty says: ﴿But if you have a child, then for them is one eighth of what you leave, after any bequest you [may have] made or debt.﴾ The remainder is divided among the children by way of 'asabah (agnatic kinship), with the male receiving the share of two females, as Allah Almighty says: ﴿Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females.﴾ Thus, the inheritance is divided into 64 shares: 8 shares for the wife, 14 shares for each male child, and 7 shares for each female child. The matter of estates should be referred to Sharia courts for investigation and to ensure that there are no other heirs, or bequests and debts that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
