Is it permissible, in Islamic law, to sell something to a man whose wealth we know with certainty to be from unlawful sources?

If a man's entire wealth is unlawful, or if the price of an item is from the very essence of unlawful money, then it is forbidden to sell to him. If lawful and unlawful wealth are mixed, then it is disliked to sell. A sale will not be annulled for someone whose majority of wealth is from usury or the price of unlawful things, unless a person buys something unlawful that he knows, or with an unlawful price that he knows.
