If the organ is within the customary limits of creation, it is not permissible to alter its form by reduction or enlargement. However, if it deviates from the customary creation to the extent of disfigurement, then treatment is permissible.

As for trimming eyebrow hair, it is permissible to thin them if they are thick or long in a way that disfigures the appearance; otherwise, it is not.
