Does a wife incur sin by excessively pressuring her husband to perform the Tarawih and Tahajjud prayers, thereby distressing and angering him? And is the husband considered sinful for sometimes falling short in performing them?

If the husband's shortcomings are in performing the obligatory prayers (fard), then this is a great sin, and he must be advised with wisdom and gentleness. Repeated advice is required, choosing the appropriate time and state in which acceptance is hoped for. However, if his shortcomings are in the Taraweeh and Tahajjud prayers, he is not sinful, because these are supererogatory (mustahabb) prayers. There is no sin in pressing him, but if it is feared that the advice will lead to the opposite of the intended religious outcome, then it should be avoided.
