Is it obligatory to make up prayers or fasting for the day on which a yellow discharge appeared before Fajr, then stopped after Dhuhr, and I performed Ghusl?

The default rule is that menstruation continues until its cessation is certain. It is not permissible to fast or pray if there is doubt about its end.
