Is reading Surat Ad-Dukhan after the 'Isha prayer and Surat Ar-Rahman after the Fajr prayer, with the intention of gaining the reward mentioned in their virtues, considered a Bid'ah (innovation)?

The hadiths that mention the virtue of reciting Surat Ad-Dukhan are weak, such as "Whoever recites Ad-Dukhan on the night of Friday will awaken forgiven." Despite their weakness, they can be acted upon in matters of virtues of deeds, provided their conditions are met. However, it is not appropriate to commit to reciting it in every 'Isha prayer. The Sunnah is to recite the entire Qur'an, without singling out a specific surah for a specific prayer other than Al-Fatihah. Similarly, with Surat Ar-Rahman, it is not appropriate to commit to reciting it every morning. Rather, it should be recited sometimes and other surahs recited at other times, for the righteous predecessors did not specify certain surahs unless it was authentically established from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.
