How can one get rid of recurring ritual bath (ghusl) obsessive thoughts due to doubts about water reaching all parts of the body, doubts about major ritual impurity (janabah) occurring and inspecting clothes, and obsessive thoughts about repeating the ritual bath upon relieving oneself or speaking during it, or when thinking about sins, or when there is hair on clothes, or touching family members?
The questioner has been overcome by waswas (obsessive whispering/doubts), and its cure is to ignore it and turn away from it. Do not inspect your trousers, and do not judge that semen has exited except with absolute certainty. Do not perform ghusl (ritual bath) for expelling the two impurities (feces and urine) or for doubting the exit of semen; rather, perform it only when you have absolute certainty of janabah (state of ritual impurity requiring ghusl). Do not perform wudu (ablution) for touching your mother or sister, and do not doubt the purity of clothes, for the basic principle regarding them is purity. Do not wash any clothes except what you are absolutely certain of its impurity. For ghusl, it is sufficient to pour water over the body until it covers it completely, and a strong presumption is sufficient for this.
