A woman washing the inside of her vagina during ghusl (ritual bath) is considered an act of extremism and exaggeration. What is obligatory for her is to wash only what is visible from her vagina when she squats, because it is considered to be in the category of what is apparent. As for its inside, it is in the category of what is hidden. If she is reasonably sure that she has washed what is required, she is not obligated to repeat it, no matter how much Satan whispers to her. As for ghusl in general, what is obligatory is to make the water reach all parts of the body, and nothing more than that is required of her. The recommended ghusl is that she begins by washing her private parts, then performs ablution for prayer (wudu'), then pours water over her head three times, ensuring the water reaches the roots of her hair without undoing her braids if they are loose. Then she makes the water reach the rest of her body, starting with the right side, while paying attention to areas that water might not reach. She should not exceed that, to ward off whisperings (of Satan).
