Is one who performs ablution every time he nullifies it, in emulation of the honorable Companion Bilal ibn Rabah (may Allah be pleased with him), considered an innovator?

Ablution after every minor ritual impurity is commendable. The basis for this is the hadith of Bilal (may Allah be pleased with him) in Sahih al-Bukhari, where the Prophet (peace be upon him) said to him: "O Bilal, tell me about the most hopeful deed you did in Islam, for I heard the sound of your sandals in front of me in Paradise!" Bilal replied that he never purified himself during any hour of the night or day but that he prayed with that purification what was decreed for him to pray. This clarifies that emulating Bilal in this is not an innovation, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) approval of it.
