There is no objection to treating illnesses with the method mentioned, as long as a knowledgeable physician has determined that it is a means of curing a specific disease. Seeking medical treatment and searching for causes of healing is commanded by Islamic law. Allah has deposited many secrets in His creations, and He has placed in many of them properties and qualities that have an effect. Furthermore, treatment with camel urine has been established in the Sunnah (definition), and experience has supported this. As for the claim that it is torture to animals, it is refuted by the principle that necessities permit the prohibited, and that Allah has subjugated everything in the universe for humankind.
