Is it permissible for a sister to disinherit her brothers, her mother, and her sister from inheritance, and to instruct that it be distributed to the poor and charities, considering that they did not appreciate her care for them?

The parents' act of preventing a woman from marrying is sinful and unjust, abrogates the guardianship of the guardian, and transfers it to the judge. It is not permissible to disinherit parents, even if they have committed injustice, as that is a major sin. It is not permissible to respond to injustice with injustice. Money belongs to Allah, and humankind is merely a steward over it. Bequeathing money after death is permissible up to one-third, provided there is no intention to harm the heirs. A woman may dispose of her wealth during her lifetime through spending, without intending to harm the heirs. Maintaining kinship ties is obligatory, even with those who sever them or mistreat one, and it is not permissible to abandon or harm one's mother.
