The answer

Those in charge of charitable organizations act as agents for the donors, and their disposal of funds contrary to what was agreed upon is a betrayal that necessitates repentance and guaranteeing the funds, for they are accountable for them before Allah. It is not permissible for the beneficiary to take their right from these funds through any means other than the legitimate one designated for them, because that is an aggression against another's property without right. So, whoever knows that the money is stolen or usurped, it is not permissible for him to take it by any means whatsoever, because it is the very property of the wronged party.
