It is not permissible to deposit money in a usurious bank, because it constitutes aiding in what is forbidden. However, if a person is compelled to do so and fears the loss of their money, then there is no harm in that case, and the usurious profits must be given away as charity. As for the amount that the bank deducts in exchange for transferring the monthly sponsorship amount, it is a fee for the transfer, and there is no harm in it. It is advised to seek a Sharia-compliant alternative for financial transactions.
