Is it permissible to give usurious bank interest to needy parents, knowing that supporting them is obligatory?

Money must be transferred from an interest-based bank, and it is not permissible to leave it in an interest-bearing account except out of necessity. Interest received must be disposed of, and it is not permissible to give it to parents unless they have no other means of financial support.
