Is it permissible to give the interest from a usurious bank to a fatherless girl, knowing that her father does not provide for her and she is still in school and in need of money?

It is not permissible to deposit money in interest-based banks nor to take their interest, unless one is compelled or was ignorant of the ruling and then repented. In such a case, one must take the interest and dispose of it by spending it on the general welfare of Muslims, such as the poor and the needy. If this girl is poor and needy, and her father does not spend on her, then it is permissible to give her from this interest.
