Should a mother accept her daughter's gift of gold without her siblings, considering that the Hadith "I do not bear witness to injustice" does not apply to gold, which is neither cultivated nor traded?

A mother should be fair in giving gifts to her children, both males and females. This means giving males money equal to the value of the gold she gives to females.

If she is not fair, the gift should not be accepted. If it is accepted, it must be returned or shared with the brothers and sisters, becoming a joint possession among them.

If the father dies before the gift is returned, it must be returned after his death. It is not permissible for the one who was favored in the gift to keep the surplus; rather, he must share it fairly with his siblings.
