A man who was raised by a woman is not her , and it is impermissible for him to be in seclusion with her. The suckling of an adult does not establish mahramiyyah according to the majority of jurists. If he is a student of knowledge, he may adopt the opinion of Ibn Taymiyyah if it becomes clear to him that it is stronger. If he is a layperson, he may emulate someone whose knowledge he trusts. The manner of adult suckling is by expressing the milk into a container and drinking it several times. One suckling is counted by him taking the breast and then letting go.
