What is your guidance for those who are alienated from Islam due to the misbehavior of some Muslims, and what is your guidance for Muslims in this regard?

This individual should be directed to consider the teachings of Islam, its rulings, its wisdom, its conformity with human nature (fitra), and its concern for reform, without focusing on the behavior of some Muslims that violates Allah's law. Muslims should be directed to fear Allah and worship Him as commanded, so that they may present Islam in a manner befitting it, through worship and good conduct, as some Muslims tarnish Islam's image through their ill-treatment of others.
