How is an inheritance divided among a mother, a wife, a daughter, six full brothers, three full sisters, three paternal half-brothers, and one paternal half-sister, bearing in mind that the deceased has debts?

Before the estate is divided, the deceased's debts must be paid. Then it is divided as follows: the mother receives one-sixth due to the presence of a lineal descendant and a group of siblings; the wife receives one-eighth due to the presence of a lineal descendant; and the daughter receives one-half. The remainder is for the full siblings (brothers and sisters) by way of ta'sib, with the male receiving the share of two females. The other mentioned heirs, including the fetus, receive nothing, as they are completely excluded by the full brother. It is advisable to refer inheritance matters to the Sharia courts for verification of heirs, bequests, and debts.
