What is the right thing to do, and what should I do, and how can I repent after I deliberately broke my fast, cursed and insulted, committed adultery, ate and drank, cursed my mother and father, hit, and lost my mind to the point that I cursed my Lord and Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace?

The inquirer's actions constitute a grave sin that combines disbelief, disobedience to parents, fornication, and intentional breaking of the fast. However, Allah's mercy is vaster than your sins. Repent sincerely from every sin you have committed: embrace Islam by uttering the two testimonies (Shahadatayn) and perform ghusl (ritual purification bath), regret your sins, and resolve never to return to them. Strive to be dutiful to your parents and seek their رضا (رضا). He is not required to make up missed fasts and prayers according to the majority of scholars, because when an apostate embraces Islam, he is not obliged to make up what he missed of fasting or prayer during his apostasy.
