Is "Whoever marries a woman with the intention of not giving her her dower, he is a fornicator" an authentic Prophetic hadith?

The hadiths narrated from some Companions mention that a man who marries a woman with the intention of not paying her mahr (dowry) will be judged by Allah on the Day of Judgment as an adulterer. Similarly, a man who borrows from someone with the intention of not repaying his debt will meet Allah on the Day of Judgment as a thief. These hadiths have been weakened by some scholars and authenticated by others, such as Al-Albani, who authenticated the hadith (definition) of Maymun al-Kurdi and deemed the hadith of Abu Hurairah hasan (definition) (good) due to other supporting narrations.
