What is the ruling on working at the African Development Bank, which finances projects for countries with long-term loans and does not deal with individuals or companies? And are these loans forbidden?

There is no difference between banks adopted by individuals and those adopted by the state, as long as the transaction involves lending or borrowing with usury.
