What is the ruling on a woman bleaching her eyebrow hair and appearing with it before non-mahram men?

Bleaching eyebrows is permissible according to the most authoritative opinion because there is no text forbidding it, and it is not among the prohibited plucking (namṣ), nor does it involve altering Allah's creation. However, it is not permissible for a woman to do it if she intends to display herself with it before non- men.
