Are al-Fatir (the Creator) and al-Muntaqim (the Avenger) correct names for Allah Almighty?

"Al-Fatir" (The Originator/Creator) is mentioned in the Qur'an and Sunnah with a qualification, such as: "(Originator of the heavens and the earth)." A group of scholars has considered it one of Allah's Most Beautiful Names, but it is preferable not to use it unqualified. As for "Al-Muntaqim" (The Avenger), it is mentioned in the Holy Qur'an with a qualification, such as: "(Indeed, We are avengers of the criminals)" and "(And Allah is Exalted in Might, an Avenger)." A group of scholars has considered it among the Most Beautiful Names of Allah, but the more preponderant opinion is that it is not among the Most Beautiful Names, because it is mentioned with a qualification and not absolutely. For the Most Beautiful Names denote absolute perfection and do not require qualification.
