Does the treatment of an original disbeliever differ from that of an apostate, especially regarding relatives like parents, should they commit acts that nullify Islam, such as mockery or not considering Jews and Christians disbelievers, and what is our duty towards them in this case?

This question stems from obsessive thoughts (waswasah) and delving deeply into issues of apostasy (takfir), and exaggerating in describing relatives as apostates. It must be known that ruling a specific Muslim an infidel is contingent upon the fulfillment of conditions and the absence of impediments, and its determination belongs to the Islamic judiciary or to the mujtahid scholars. Whoever's Islam has been established with certainty, does not exit from it except with certainty. Therefore, if there is even one reason to keep a Muslim within the fold of Islam, as opposed to reasons indicating their apostasy, then that single reason should be acted upon.
