The answer

If a person suffers from urinary incontinence ( سلس البول ) and wishes to pray Duha, they must perform ablution after sunrise, because the time for their previous ablution has expired. This is the view of the majority, including the Hanbalis, Shafi'is, the People of Opinion (Ahl al-Ra'y), and Abu Thawr. They hold that a person with incontinence must perform ablution for the time of each prayer, and their ablution becomes invalid upon the expiration of that prayer's time.
