It is forbidden to work on studies related to tobacco companies that aim to improve their sales, because it aids in spreading evil, inflicting harm on lives and wealth, and deceiving Muslims. It is obligatory for a Muslim to denounce evil and keep away from it. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever among you sees an evil, let him change it with his hand; if he cannot, then with his tongue; if he cannot, then with his heart." And Allah Almighty said: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression." One must strive to work in permissible companies or seek another job, and fear Allah and rely on Him. Allah Almighty said: "And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out, And will provide for him from where he does not expect."
