Does divorce occur by saying "I swear by divorce that you will enter" and "You will be divorced if you open the email or change anything in it," with the intention of threat and not separation? And is the passage of 85 days considered an تجاوز للعدة (exceeding the waiting period) if divorce occurred?

Divorce occurs by swearing an oath by it upon breaking the oath, according to the majority of scholars, in contrast to Ibn Taymiyyah, who holds that it is an oath for which expiation is required, and divorce does not occur if the intention was to threaten or emphasize. Accordingly, if the oath is broken, a revocable (bain) divorce occurs, and it is not followed by a second divorce before consummation, based on Allah’s Almighty saying: "O you who have believed, when you marry believing women and then divorce them before you have touched them, then there is not for you any waiting period to count concerning them. So provide for them and give them a gracious release." As for Ibn Taymiyyah's view, if the intention was to threaten, then you must offer expiation for an oath, and the second divorce would take effect if you intended for it to occur.
