What is the ruling on an Imam leading the Fajr prayer every Friday using verses of prostration (Ayat al-Sajdah) and the congregants prostrating with him at the places of prostration?

It is sunnah to recite Surah As-Sajdah and Surah Al-Insan in the Fajr prayer on Friday, as they contain events related to Friday. This is established from the guidance of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. Therefore, if the Imam recites Surah As-Sajdah every Friday, this is the Sunnah. However, reciting a surah containing a prostration of recitation (sajdat al-tilawah) for the sole purpose of performing the prostration itself is disliked, to avoid the misconception of singling out Friday with an extra prostration. The prostration of the congregants with the Imam in this situation is valid.
