If the deceased has no heirs other than those mentioned, the estate is divided as follows: the daughter receives half due to her being the sole (child heir), and his wife receives one-eighth due to the existence of a lineal descendant heir. The full sister receives the remainder by ta'sib (residuary heirship), because sisters become 'asabat (residuary heirs) with daughters. Thus, the estate is divided into eight shares: four for the daughter, one share for the wife, and three shares for the sister. It is advisable to consult the courts for the division of inheritances.
