This narration has no basis, and it contradicts the established which stipulates that a vow to commit a sin must not be fulfilled. Thus, whoever vows to obey Allah, let him obey Him. And whoever vows to disobey Him, let him not disobey Him. A vow to commit a sin is invalid and does not take effect, and it requires an expiation for breaking an oath (kaffarat ). Therefore, a woman's vow to circumambulate naked is forbidden and invalid, and it requires an expiation for breaking an oath.
