Is a trainer held accountable if a trainee uses an Islamic program, produced through the trainer's instruction, in an unlawful act, after the trainee has provided a written pledge not to use it for that purpose?

Producing Islamic programs is a form of calling to Allah, which is the duty of every Muslim. Therefore, it is a good deed. However, it is not permissible to teach it to someone if you know that they will use it in a way that contravenes Islamic law, because in that case, it would fall under the category of cooperating in sin and aggression.
