Is it permissible to sell a program that is available for free online to the company's clients, and is it permissible to train clients on how to use programs for a fee outside the scope of the contract, with the knowledge of the manager?

Assaulting programs owned by others on the Internet is impermissible because they are material and moral rights protected by Islamic law. As for training outside working hours, it is not permissible if the employment contract prohibits it, unless the authorized entity grants permission, keeping in mind that the manager's statement may imply that he does not have the authority to grant such permission.
