What is the ruling regarding a man who, in a state of anger, said to his wife, "By Allah, you are unlawful to me like my mother for a full month," and then had intercourse with her on the same night?

Previously, the ruling on the prohibition of intercourse with one's wife for a specified period and the consequences for one who has intercourse with her during that period were explained. As for someone who does something in a state of anger that results in consequences such as divorce or ẓihār and the like, this is considered valid unless the anger reaches a state where he does not comprehend what he is saying. The husband should be deliberate when facing problems and avoid words he might later regret.
