Is the phrase "daily married and divorced" or "every day married and divorced" considered anything when expressed during a discussion or sermon?

The phrases mentioned in the question do not constitute a divorce, because they are not an initiation of divorce. And even if explicit, immediate divorce pronouncements were uttered during the engagement period before the marriage contract, this would not result in a divorce; for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Divorce is for him who has taken the leg [i.e., has consummated the marriage]," and "There is no divorce before marriage."
