What is the ruling on imitating the manager and colleagues and mimicking their manner of speaking at work to make colleagues laugh, without the intention of mockery?

Mocking people and imitating their movements or voices is blameworthy and forbidden. It is considered backbiting if the person is absent, and a form of harm if they are present. Its ugliness increases if done with the intention of making people laugh at that person, as it falls under ridicule and mockery. Abu Dawud and Al-Tirmidhi narrated that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said to Aisha when she imitated someone: "I would not like to imitate someone even if I were given such and such," meaning he would not like to imitate anyone even if he were given all the treasures of the world. Thus, imitation is a forbidden form of backbiting if done with the intent of disparagement or mockery.
