Is it permissible to purchase a car for one's brother from zakat money and register it in his name, on the condition that he works with it and a percentage of its income is distributed to deserving sisters and others, considering all of this as a result of investing zakat money?

It is permissible to give Zakat (definition) to deserving brothers, and it is permissible to buy a car with it to transfer its ownership to a brother so he can work with it. However, it is not permissible to stipulate a percentage of the income, because that contradicts the condition of ownership. The car can be purchased and its ownership transferred to everyone so they can divide its profit, or it can be purchased with money other than Zakat funds and its ownership transferred to the brother with an agreement to divide the profit, and then this profit is disbursed to the sisters as deserving recipients of Zakat.
